These buyers will work with a highly-professional group of architects and designers to customise their apartment to reflect their unique tastes and lifestyles.

With the support of principal architecture firm Bates Smart, Studio Mint is providing its unique design skills to assist Capitol Grand’s premium buyers
customise their apartments.
“We are helping clients personalise the interior design features of their apartments and in some cases alter the internal architecture to create new spaces,”
says Alla DeLion, a Director of Studio Mint.
Some buyers have decided to add butler’s pantries, a second kitchen, his-and-her bathrooms and separate laundries.
DeLion says that many clients have come to Studio Mint and said ‘we love the building, the fabulous amenities, the location and the lifestyle, we just
want our apartment to be completely in tune with our own lifestyle.’
Many buyers who have purchased multiple residences have also enlisted the help of Studio Mint to combine them into one luxuriously spacious apartment.
“We’ve had buyers combine three apartments to take ultimate advantage of panoramic views and the scale of this landmark building,” says DeLion.
“It’s been very exciting to help clients create an apartment tailored to their unique lifestyles. So far we’ve worked closely with many families and couples downsizing from large suburban houses.
