The Hollywood beauty Charlize Theron was announced as the brand ambassador of Australia’s first six-star residential and luxury retail precinct Capitol Grand tower in South Yarra
The developers of Capitol Grand, LK Property Group have named Charlize Theron as the face and brand ambassador of Melbourne’s first six-star residential and luxury retail destination at the corner of Toorak Road and Chapel Street. The actress looks stunning in the series of adverts, photographed by James White in a variety of locations throughout the property.
Capitol Grand will be wait listing potential residents in no time. LK Property Group is accepting online deposits to ensure the possibility for pre-purchasing a luxury property over the web. Apartments up to level 31 require a $10,000 deposit and buyers of the elite apartments on floor 32 and above will need $25,000 for down payment.
