With a new year already in sight it’s time for reflection on a year of progress.
Construction on Capitol Grand topped out this year and the first lucky residents have already moved in. Enjoying their new address, residents have been treated to in-house concerts, fitness classes and the plush amenities at CG.
The luxurious Azure club is now completed too. Set high on level 33, the club features a jaw-dropping pool, state-of-the-art gym as well as communal spaces available for resident use for both business and pleasure.
The Azure club also signals new heights in a development already exuding sophistication. The palatial apartments from level 33 and above are opulent residences and rise from four per floor to single level residences.
Back on street level, LK Hospitality’s first venue, Omnia Bistro & Bar, has now opened in its new permanent home for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Sitting near the corner of Toorak Road and Chapel Street, Omnia is quickly cementing its name as a dining destination—serving up incredible dishes, delicious drinks and a sublime wine list to match.
Joining them as new neighbours will be the studio of David Bromley. The celebrated artist will use the space as an active studio, as well as making it available to hire for functions to host intimate events.
